Winter Salad – Light and Luscious
In the cold winter, we often tend to eat too much and too fatty. After an exhausting day at work, we come home and heat up a microwave meal or
quickly fry a steak in the pan. But especially in winter, when sport and exercise are often neglected, calorie-conscious eaters should watch the content of their food. So how about a light winter salad? With luscious and nutritious winter vegetables and fruits, you not only fight winter pounds, it also tastes good!
