Day 5: Get Ready for the Weekend!
After 5 long work days, you might feel pretty tired and unmotivated. Even though the weekend promises bright sunshine, it is tempting just to be lazy and rest at home. We give you a little push into an active weekend, so you use the free days wisely and don’t miss the great weather. Our smoothie stimulates blood circulation and metabolism, so get some power and enjoy the weekend!
½ sprig of dandelion
2 stalks of celery
1 little piece of ginger
3 peaches (1 peach for decoration)
½ cup of water
handful of raspberries
Wash peaches thoroughly and cut the pineapple flesh into little cubes. Purée fruit, celery stalks and dandelion in a blender. Our decoration tip: Cut peach
into thick slices and stick them on the rim of the glass. Add raspberries to a thin wooden skewer and position them on the peach slices.
